Thai This!
One of my favorite parts of starting up this company is the number of incredibly talent instructors and producers I have been able to meet and work with (and we still have a lot more on the horizon).
And it makes me even happier to see how our instructor’s careers continue to grow. So I was thrilled when one of our partners, TV chef Katie Chin, emailed me to let me know she was the new spokesperson for Real Asian Made Simple.
If you’ve checked out any of her videos on the site (and if you haven’t, now is the time), you know that she not only has a great appreciation and understanding for the Ying and Yang properties of food, but she makes it really simple for you to do yourself!
So simple in fact, that after watching her Mother’s Day Dim Sum Brunch, I had a Dim Sum party at my house for a few friends last month. And since Dim Sum, Katie says, translates to “touch the heart” or “little pieces of the heart,” I thought it was the perfect dinner to make with friends.
But if you still want a little one-on-one assistance, got to Real Asian Made Simple and enter for a chance to win Katie’s help in preparing a traditional Asian meal for you and 10 of your friends.
So give Dim Sum or Noodles or Rice a try. Let this be your new thing for the day.
And remember, Be You – Everyday!
