If you are like me, one of your biggest fears is getting older. I know that once I reach a certain age, I won’t be able to compete in the sports I compete in, lift weights as heavily or run as fast. But it’s inevitable; at some point I will reach my golden years and my days of heavy lifting, full contact fighting, Latin dancing and intense workouts will be nothing more than stories I tell to my grandchildren.
